Position Title: Senior Lead .NET Developer

Objective

• Resources will design, create, and test all interfaces and data exchanges required for two
• projects: Inmate Records Information System (IRIS) and Integrated Justice System (IJS). The IRIS
• project will implement a new Jail Management System (JMS) for the Sheriff’s Office and the IJS
• project will modernize the remaining components in the legacy Criminal Justice Information
• Control (CJIC) system that will work with new JMS.

Required Experieince And Abilities

• Having 5 years or more experience in developing APIs
• Having 5 years or more experience with integration/API
• Having 5 years or more experience developing programs in C#
• Working with Microsoft .NET and Visual Studio
• Implementing restful and soap based messaging
• Working with XSD and XSLT documents
• Integrating with Microsoft SQL Server and coding stored procedures
• Working with API Management toolset
• Some experience in working with TLS certificates
• Working with Azure Integration Services (optional but nice to have)

Contract Term: 12 months

Requesting Department: TSS/PSJ

On-Site Requirements: Hybrid. – Resource will need to work 2-3 days a week onsite. Local candidates preferred.
