Managing Director, Traditional Employment 10+ years of experience working with HCM platforms
This is a tactical role. Looking for professionals experienced working with HCM platforms, not really interested in people with experience in PEO’s but mostly HCM products. Previous experience working directly with Paylocity, Paycom, Paychex, ADP, Workday or any HCM Provider is preferred.
A person with HR background will be a good candidate but is not a must. Vendor Manager and contract negotiation.
This position will have 2-3 direct reports.
- 10+ years of experience in Human Resource Operations, Technology and Product Development
- Senior Management experience working with HCM Platforms and technologies. (support and service)
- Previous experience working with Paylocity, Paycom, Paychex, ADP, Workday or any HCM Provider
- Knowledge in collaborating with and supporting the Traditional Employment business units.
- Vendor management
- Product and Service development
- Payroll, Time, Benefits, HR Compliance
- Experience building and leading teams
- Effectively able to build and maintain relationships and ability to lead others through change.
- Demonstrated knowledge of strategic planning and managing a business unit budget.
- Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient computer skills, particularly with Microsoft® Suite and CRM systems..
