Description:

Responsible for coordinating, implementing, and transferring best practices globally across a PSL. Serves in an active role on the PSL Performance Team. Allocates and moves necessary resources to enhance CVA/profit for assigned PSL. Manages Management System process development and implementation. Interfaces with technology, manufacturing, and marketing on strategic and tactical issues. Administers delivery of products to regions, other groups, other PSLs, and external customers. Performs inventory management for the PSL and spare requirements forecasting. Involved in maximizing global pricing strategies and procedures. Coordinates the H2 (HES Business Planning Process) manpower planning process. Typically requires an undergraduate degree or equivalent field experience and detailed technical knowledge and application of products in the PSL, and company-required training.

Role is remote but does require international Travel Top Skills:

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of industry and/or functional experience required.
  • Macro knowledge and experience of the maritime / marine vessel industry and / or upstream offshore oil and gas industry is required.
  • Experience in all commercial aspects of pursuits, tenders, business cases, risk management, T&Cs, negotiations, and contractual extension & other options related to vessels contracting.
  • Knowledgeable and experienced in current in the market for marine vessel providers and Vessels.
  • Extensive experience in the commercial portion throughout all phases of the pursuit, EOI/RFI, tendering, identification of potential vessel providers & Vessels, bid evaluations, risk management, contract negotiations, award, mobilization, acceptance, ongoing operations and contract terminations / changes.
  • Experience performing vessels risks management and commercial models.
  • Experience developing the commercial aspects of vessel Agreement including, but not limited to, the rates & compensation section, commercial T&Cs, the responsibility matrix, indemnification & insurance and risks.
  • Experience performing forecasting, tracking, & reporting project costs as well as estimating, cost control, and planning / scheduling
