JOB SUMMARY:

• Support business strategies to drive profitable growth, reduce risk, and ensure the financial health of business unit. Support all
• Corporate leadership initiatives and Merchandising/Supply Chain processes through timely delivery of insightful financial analysis that drive results consistent with our strategic objective.

Responsibilities

• Work with cross functional teams to understand financial risk and opportunities, key business trends/strategies and
• incorporate that intelligence in the margin analysis for business unit.
• Leverage existing financial reporting and database to help inform and influence business partners on opportunities to
• drive financial results and reduce risk -/+.
• Support General Ledger processes, including identifying and communicating the drivers of monthly expense variance,
• risks and opportunities in forecast and assisting in the development of the financial reporting.
• Create ad-hoc financial analysis for business leadership.
• Build and develop models, tools and mechanisms necessary to address business opportunities/risks, drive automation,
• improve internal controls, and gain insight to financial results across various entities/operating systems.

Education Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Accounting, or Economics required.
• Education Preferred:
• MBA/CPA preferred.

Experience Required:

• At least 5+ years of experience in financial analysis and/or accounting required.

Experience Preferred:

• Prior managerial experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting
