Job Description:

INTERVIEW: Interviewing with inventory control manager. Interview will be based on work history AND soft skills/personality.

SHIFT:Monday-Friday 8a-5p

• This is a customer facing role– worker MUST have in person customer service experience with a professional attitude and demeanor.

MUST HAVE ON RESUME OR IN CHAT FEATURE ON JOB SEEKER PROFILE:

• Scanning of back up support for checks, remittances, and other customer documents.
• Responsible for scanning supplier invoices and receiving packets at the OpCo.
• Completing Daily log (excel) of Purchase Orders with receiving discrepancies (Over, Short, and/or Damages).
• Microsoft: Outlook, Excel (filtering, flipping through tabs, entering data into a pre-created log).
• These are also MUST HAVES and worker will performing these functions as needed and IF HIRED ON as an FTE.
• Responsible for handling will call transactions involving payments from customers and employees.
• Work closely with the quality control teams to ensure claims are submitted to obtain supplier credits.
• Performing deposits of all cash/manual payments that come directly to the OpCo(operating company).
