Description:

Under strict supervision, ensures accurate and timely processing of orders and related requisitions. Acts as a contact with affiliates, field PSL, and sales personnel. May create invoices and shipping documentation. Facilitates movements of materials to support PSL operations. Performs data inquiries to obtain order status and check availability of materials. Serves as a liaison for communication with field personnel, manufacturing, procurement, etc. to fill customer requirements. Coordinates cross-center and vendor supplied orders as required and monitors those shipments. Works with Law Department to ensure export compliance and stays current regarding international material movements and shipping regulations. Requires High School Diploma or GED.
