Candidates will work on-site – Monday – Friday 8 am – 4:30 pm – OT will be required at the end of the month

• Candidates must have Accounts Payable exp
• Candidates must be able to complete trade and Expenses, pay supplier invoices
• Balance end of the month
• Reconciliation every week
• Candidates must be guru’s in excel.

Applications used is a home-grown application and will be trained once candidate is chosen 3-5 Years of Experience

• Performs routine accounting activities such as maintenance of the general ledger, preparation of various accounting statements and financial reports and accounts payable or receivable functions.
• Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Performs a variety of tasks.
• May lead and direct the work of others.
• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
• Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
