Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with country managers and supervisors to formulate and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy for specific locations.
- Craft and post compelling, job descriptions to attract skilled HWO field personnel across countries in the region.
- Oversee end-to-end recruiting processes, including external branding, building, and managing a robust database of qualified candidates.
- Review, select, and pre-screen applicants for both entry-level and mid-career operational roles.
- Drive the interview process, working closely with hiring managers, supervisors, and local talent acquisition teams to ensure swift and efficient progress.
- Collaborate with local HR teams to manage the candidate experience and facilitate successful onboarding for each new hire.
- Coordinate and conduct weekly recruitment meetings to track progress and ensure adherence to hiring timelines.
- Provide bi-weekly updates to the Global Human Asset Manager, keeping them informed of recruitment activities and outcomes.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 5+ years of experience in recruiting for global field-based positions, including engineers, operators, supervisors, etc.
- Comprehensive understanding of the oil and gas services industry.
- Ability to assess technical skills and attributes, particularly in relation to field engineers.
- Proven experience in developing recruitment strategies and successfully delivering on hiring plans.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a knack for presenting innovative ideas to senior managers.
- Completion of an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related discipline.
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic strongly preferred.
- Flexibility to work Eastern Hemisphere hours and on Sundays (depending on location).
